Heartfelt Home is a privately run assisted-living facility offering specialised care for people with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Owners Helen and Mark van Breda have been running Heartfelt Home since 2008 and have been privileged to care for those who have needed a special brand of care.

At Heartfelt Home, the progressive needs of a person with Alzheimer's and Dementia are lovingly catered for. A qualified and experienced team of nursing sisters, carers, and facilitators work hand-in-hand to provide personalised specialised care around the clock. The home is also fully equipped with assisted-living facilities that provide residents with all they need to live life well.

Tailor-made care is what sets Heartfelt Home apart from other Dementia and Alzheimer’s facilities. But the real charm of the home lies in its idyllic and tranquil setting: in and amongst the citrus orchards of the peaceful Sundays River Valley.

Heartfelt Home is located in the Eastern Cape, South Africa (near the Addo Elephant Park), easily accessible from Port Elizabeth. Here, residents can enjoy a combination of relaxing and stimulating assisted-living activities with access to nature, fresh air, and open spaces.
